English Schools, Large and Small

Yes, it's hard to care about your students as individuals with specific needs and goals when you have over 1000 of them, most of whom you've never met.  And I've never much cared for gray walls and plastic cubicles either!

  1. A Small school is good. I think, so. But how can I find out a good small English school?

  2. Thanks for the comment!
I worked at a very good school in Tokyo (only one building and 5 teachers)...and I'm sure there are some others. They don't advertise like the big schools, so maybe it is hard to find them!

I don't think there are enough good schools in Sendai, so I want to open one in the future.

  3. I think, I have to study English, more.
But, I don't have a good image to study English. Because, I have never taken a interesting English lesson. In high school or junior high school, English lesson was a sleeping time for me.
How can I understand some English school to be a good one?

  4. No one I know has had a good experience with their junior high or high school English class. It's terrible! I think the way they teach is very boring and not effective.

You might be able to find a good school online or in your neighborhood (depends on where you live). Most schools offer a free lesson, so it's a good idea to try a few and see if you can find a good school with nice teachers. Good luck with your studies!
